I needed a flat tire changed after work. I walked into AutoStream at 4:35 pm on the Friday before Christmas and was seen to immediately. Carl was super friendly, incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough!!
I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. The part they initially replaced failed within a day--through no fault of theirs. They immediately notified their supplier and were able to get and install a replacement part the following day. I also found their prices to be less expensive than the dealership I've been using for repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend them as they also stand by their workmanship and guarantee the parts installed.
Awesome customer service. My car had an emergency. I found Autostream Woodstock branch nearby and decided to give a try. Carl Tedder and his team have done an excellent job. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly and efficiently, so I could go back to my hospital work on time. Appreciate your help, Carl. I definitely will come back.

My tire pressure light went on in my brand new car. I took it here and they checked the pressure which was low in all tires so put air in them. Carl, the service manager, was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely bring my car here for service in the future!
